1.Please check our parts lines and their technical specification carefully to be sure that the parts we supply are the ones you will need.and if there is any puzzle or unclear to our parts please contact us.

2.The prices we listed are our firm offer.The prices may be adjusted frequently due to the related parts materials Price changes and RMB rate to USD rate changes.

3.For the parts sample,we could supply the small size part sample to our potential clients free of charge.but we will not bear the freight,If our client will need the samples,they need to pay for the express mail charges or related freight.

4.The free claim rate of our parts will be 3%,If the defective parts are over 3% when our clients receive the order parts,please advise us by defective parts photos and related checking reports for us to confirm,we will compensate the same parts and same quantity and send these compensated parts together with next order delivery.

5.Packing conditions:most of our parts will be packed in plastic bags and certain quantity parts will be packed in a carton,the cartons will be packed on/in steel pallets or steel cage pallets,and cartons will be covered by plastic sheets to avoid any moisture during the long distance ocean freight.

6.We will follow the international foreign trade rules to cooperate with our partners and clients,we hope our partners and clients are responsible and reliable during the business cooperations with us,otherwise we will take related steps for any issues for the violations of the business rules.
